As most of you know, The President, George W. Bush came to Korea. Bill has an important job, just not important enough to be invited to the shindig. So, the kids and I walked down where the motorcade was going to be. I got a couple of pictures of his car, but they were moving too fast to get a picture of him. 
It was pretty exciting around post today. Brodie said that his Dad was important and was wondering why he didn't get to meet the President.

That's so cool - I remember when the 1st President Bush came through Oklahoma.. we went and stood by the street to wave as he drove by. There's something so special about seeing the President - even if it's just in a moving vehicle! So what did you tell Brodie? I'm sure Faith would ask the same thing - she wonders why we don't get to meet everyone she sees on tv!
